
Richard A. Frye is a long-time resident of Whitesboro, New York, active in the community for most of his life. As a result of his strong contact with the community, he has been and is now serving as attorney for the Whitesboro Central School District. In addition, Richard has also been actively involved in the Old Forge, New York area. William Foley founded the firm in 1952. William Foley represented the Town of Webb and upon his retirement, Richard took over as the Town of Webb attorney and has served as the attorney for the Town of Webb for more than twenty-five years.
Our Old Forge office is now served by our partner, Timothy D. Foley. Tim spends most of his time in Old Forge, however, he maintains and services clients in our Utica office as well.
Malorie A. Carbone, the most recent partner to join the firm, has a practice with a strong emphasis on matrimonial and family law. She also serves many small businesses, with a keen understanding of local business needs. She has brought to the firm many technical advances to enhance the performance and efficiency of our offices.
